Refurn policy

  • Graded card/Booster box
    • Customers must contact our company within 7 days (counted from the day the order is shipped) to apply for a refund.
    • only accept Refund request for "the product does not match the order"
    • The goods must be returned to the company in the same condition as when sold. Any items that have been opened, damaged, wear, scratches, scratches or dirt, no refunds will be given.
    • Product pictures are for reference only. Depending on the camera or screen, the actual color may be different. This will not be the reason for refund.
  • Single card type
    • To avoid package swaps, single-card products will not be refunded.
  • Return
    • The product has to be returned to us before refund.
    • Customers need to pay the cost of sending the products back to our company 
  • Refund method
    • Credit card payers: After confirming that the inventory is successfully returned, the money will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
    • Others: After confirming the return, please provide the payment information to our company.
